About the Artist

Aran's art encompasses a wide range of subjects from intricate scenes to broad abstract compositions with consumate dexterity. His charming traditional Thai themes in delicate detail feature scenes from daily life as well as fantastical figures taken from Thai mythology set in pastel tones against contrasting dark backgrounds. His convincingly controlled strokes, by contrast, cut broad swathes of colour and gold luminosity across his large format abstract canvases.
